This File Manager ("Policy") explains what information File Manager and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "we" or "our") collect and how we use and protect your information when you use any mobile application we develop and download on the Google Play Store.
1. What information do we collect?
I. Device Information
We collect your device and network connection information to provide you with a better experience when you use our apps.
This information depends on the context of your interactions with us, the choices you make (including your privacy settings), and the products and features you use, and may include:
SDK/API/JS Code version, IP address, platform, timestamp, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, standalone deice identifier, terminal manufacturer, end device operating system version, language location, time zone and network status (Wi-Fi, etc.), CPU and battery usage, screen resolution, memory usage, storage usage, SIM card carrier, SIM card country, Google App publishing status, ad loading strategy, ad network and ad placement ID in Play. Phone height and width, SIM card carrier name, OS version.
We store information collected through the Android ID associated with the device you are using. In this way, we can retain your advertising behavior while you use the app. We treat this information as personal information
ii. Data About Your Use of the Services
The number of clicks, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, time spent on a particular page, date and time requested, number of apps opened, and pages viewed.
Permission status.
Whether the function is functioning correctly, such as whether a virus has been detected.
The number of apps installed by the user.
Package name
First open timestamp
App branding
Apply network status
firebase_device_id
App model
Model Country
System language, etc
Advertisers may store or read cookies
This data is only passed on to certified third-party statistical platforms: Firebase, Facebook Analytics and our own statistical system (ECS).
The above information is only used to improve the product experience and will not be sold to any third party. We do not use this information for purposes other than to improve the product experience and advertising performance.
iii. Monetization and analysis information from other sources
Third-party SDKs integrated into our applications may have access to your information, including:
Google Ads ID
Demographic data (e.g. identifying your IP address)
Data to combat fraud (e.g. click fraud in advertising)
Data related to your device (e.g. device type, technical information, country)
Data used for advertising, marketing, and analytics
Advertisers may store or read cookies
Information collected by third-party SDKs is governed by the provider of those SDKs, and we have no control over such third parties. Third parties include monetization partners such as Google Admob, Facebook Audience Network, MoPub, Smaato, PubNative, IronSource, ChartBoost, Pixalate, etc., as well as analytics partners such as Firebase, Facebook Analytics and our self-built Data Statistical System (ECS). Links to the aforementioned platform privacy policies are attached in the "Third Party Privacy Policy" section.
iv. Android Advertising ID
We use your Android advertising identifier in order to provide you with a customized advertising experience. It specializes in advertising and analytics. Please note that advertising identifiers do not contain any sensitive user information that can be used to identify you as a user or your device. It is not connected to personally identifiable information or associated with any persistent device identifiers (e.g., SSAIDs, MAC addresses, IMEIs, etc.).
v. Other Information
We may collect information that you provide to us directly and voluntarily. This information includes, but is not limited to, your email address, the content of your feedback, and the content of the questionnaire you answered.
vi. Designated Countries
For all of the above information, we process personal information from users located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United Kingdom and Switzerland (collectively, the "Designated Countries") in accordance with our contract with you, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") or any equivalent legislation (collectively, the "Data Protection Law").

To this end, we also require vendors who process personal information on our behalf to take appropriate security measures.

3. What information do we share?
As described above, your personal information may be shared with our third-party partners. We may disclose your personal information to our business partners, including advertisers, publishers and data tracking companies. These business partners may use your personal information to show you advertisements, measure your advertising/website interactions, and better understand traffic usage or user behavior on websites and applications in order to improve their services. The use of information we disclose to them by such partners will be governed by their privacy policies.
4. What are the important permissions we are applying for?
Depending on the context of your interaction with us, we may ask you for certain permissions in order for our Apps to function properly. 1. Right to withdraw consent
Where we rely on consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of our processing or the lawfulness of processing of any third party based on consent prior to your withdrawal.
ii. Right of Access and Rectification
If you request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, we will provide you with a copy free of charge, unless we are permitted by law to charge a fee. We may restrict your access if such access adversely affects the rights and freedoms of other individuals. You may also request to correct or update any of your personal information we hold about you, unless you have already done so directly through the Services.

Only you or your authorized agent may make verifiable consumer requests in relation to your personal information. You can only make two verifiable requests for consumer information in a 12-month period. Verifiable consumer requests must: Provide sufficient information to enable us to reasonably verify your identity and enable us to confirm that we have collected personal information about you. Describe your request and provide sufficient detail so that we can understand and respond to it.
If we are unable to verify your identity, we will not be able to respond to your request accurately.

vi. Instructions for Collection of Data on Minors
These services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary steps. For users aged 13~16, they have the right to opt-in, if you are the parent or guardian of users aged 13~16, you can also contact us.
8. Children's Privacy
These services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
